Job Description
Position: Deputy Manager – Solar O&MEducation: Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 8 to 14 Years
Location: Barmer, Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the Solar Energy sector.
- Experience with inventory management, database systems, or similar software is beneficial.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate.
- O&M Manager is responsible for scheduling cleaning, breakdown, and preventive maintenance activities.
- All reports must be sent to the client with comments within 4 hours of completing the activity.
- O&M Manager must prepare MIS reports, verify vendor bills, and coordinate with the accounts team for payments.
- O&M Manager shall coordinate with the purchase department regarding warranty claims.
- O&M Executive will report to the O&M Manager.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong computer proficiency.
