💼 About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven leader to head the Mosambee process, driving large-scale merchant acquisition and sales operations across India 🇮🇳. This role demands strategic thinking 🧠, strong leadership 👥, and hands-on execution in the B2C / Direct Sales / Digital Payments ecosystem 💳.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📈 Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies across multiple segments

🎯 Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle: sourcing, lead generation, pitching, negotiation & closure

👨 👩 👧 👦 Lead and manage field sales teams and team leaders across regions

💳 Ensure onboarding & activation of merchants (Soundbox, QR codes, digital payments)

🧑 🏫 Coach, mentor & track team performance to achieve targets

📣 Plan and execute marketing & promotional strategies for market penetration

📊 Analyze sales data, identify gaps & implement corrective actions

✈️ Travel extensively to expand and strengthen market presence

📋 Ensure compliance, policy adherence & operational excellence

🎓 Key Requirements

✔️ 10+ years in Direct Sales / B2C / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Field Sales

✔️ Strong experience in Field Sales & Team Handling (Mandatory)

✔️ Background in Telecom 📶 / Fintech 💰 / Digital Payments 💳 preferred

✔️ Hands-on experience with QR payments, Soundbox & merchant onboarding

✔️ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets 🏆
