Detailed Responsibilities:

This is a full-time Design Sales Associate role at HOMEYARD, located in Dehradun.

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by providing enriching customer interactions and providing elevated design offering in the store and virtually with customers.
• Maintain awareness and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of computers, systems and programs relevant to the position.
• Update notes on customer sales to keep sales associates informed, as needed.
• Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm towards the job and company to both internal and external customer in all form of communication.
• Communicate customer feedback to store management team concerning policies/product requests, problems and suggestions.
• Support and maintain store sales, service goals and standards as communicated by the Store Management.
• Maintain all store displays and upright/shelves in between customer interactions.
• Build rapport with customers by demonstrating product knowledge and the use of strong interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and with a clear sales target.
• Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take an additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
• Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with architects/interior designers.
• You will also be responsible for coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.

What you’ll bring:

• Prior experience in Furniture/Home Furnishing Sales of 0-2 Yr is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of interior design and familiarity with home furnishings is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
• Ability to build/maintain a client base and provide creative furnishing solutions for customers needs.
