Designer- BIM (Revit Water) Full Time

Your impact

• Develop BIM (Revit) models for Tertiary Irrigation, Plumbing & Fire Fighting, , Mechanical services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinate between all other services for Building and Infra projects.
• Ability to Develop Schematic Drawings, Good for Construction (GFC)/Working Drawings, General Arrangement Drawings and As-Built Drawings from the BIM Models with minimum supervision to support project implementation.
• Coordinate with client, project managers and vendors to ensure on time delivery of projects as per schedule and requirements.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Coordination with all project stakeholders to resolve multi-disciplinary design conflicts with high precision.
• Create, manage, and analyze federated models to support multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection efforts.
• Developed standardized project setup procedures for Initial Project Setup, BIM Standards, BIM Project Workflow Standards, Implementation, enforcement and adherence.
• Creating standardized Project Templets & View Templets as per project standards.
• Proficient in creating and managing Revit parameters to enhance model data accuracy, streamline schedules, and support project-specific workflows.
• Developed and implemented customized Dynamo scripts to streamline modeling workflows and enhance performance across multiple projects.
• Clash resolution procedure based on Clash Report.
• Should be able to review Navis Works.
• Run and analyze clash detection, grouped, Classified, and prioritized clash issues, issuing regular coordination reports to design teams for efficient resolution on federated model.
• Proficient in using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, SharePoint for document control, collaboration, and workflow automation in all projects.

Experienced with project site setup, drawing version control, metadata tagging, and permissions management.

Here’s what you’ll need

• Minimum Degree in Civil & Mechanical Engineering
• Years of Experience required is 5-7 Years.
