Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer L1.5 | System Support Engineer located in Bengaluru South. The professional in this role will be responsible for offering technical support to resolve issues related to desktop computers, printers, and hardware. Tasks will include troubleshooting hardware and software concerns, maintaining functionality of computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment and IT infrastructure. Interaction with end-users to address their technical queries and needs will be a core responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware setup and maintenance
• Experience with Printer Support and related peripherals
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Technical Support expertise, with a customer-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are advantageous
