Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer L1, located in Bengaluru South. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and offering printer and peripheral device support. The individual will assist with hardware configurations, installation, and setup, ensuring seamless functionality for end users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware setup and maintenance
• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Printer Support and diagnosing related issues
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in an IT support role is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent are advantageous
