Job Description – IT Hardware & Network Support EngineerResponsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
• Installation and configuration of networking equipment such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, and LAN cabling.
• Diagnosing hardware and network issues and providing technical support.
• Preventive maintenance and regular health checks of systems and networks.
• Providing onsite and remote support to clients and internal teams.
• Maintaining service reports and technical documentation.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows OS and network devices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in IT, Electronics, Networking, or related field.

Experience:

• Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply.
