Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Engineer – Technical Support Advisor to join our team on-site in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting users in resolving desktop computer and printer-related queries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining computer hardware and conducting necessary updates to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will work effectively to enhance overall technical support and service processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in supporting and maintaining desktop computers, including configuration and upgrades.
• Experience in providing technical support and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Familiarity with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving computer hardware-related challenges.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to assist various users effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent technical support requests promptly.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MCP) or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
