🚀 We are Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer @ Xpressbees 🚀

We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to join our growing IT team! If you have 2–4 years of experience and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you.

🖥️ Key Responsibilities:

• Support: Provide 1st & 2nd-line troubleshooting (Remote & In-person) for hardware, software, and Networking.
• Management: Install and upgrade Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu; manage patches and asset inventory.
• System Admin: Manage user accounts/permissions via Active Directory, O365, or Google Workspace.
• Onboarding: Setup workstations and mobile devices /Hand held devices for new hires.
• Security: Maintain backups, antivirus updates, and enforce IT security policies.
• Documentation: Maintain knowledge bases and escalate complex issues when needed.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu).
• Solid understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and deployment tools (SCCM/Intune).
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 certification is a plus.
