This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Desktop Support L1 professional. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, assisting with printer setup and troubleshooting, and addressing user issues at a foundational level. Tasks also include conducting hardware and software diagnostics, supporting desktop environments, and ensuring that user systems are functioning seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Proficiency in Printer Support and resolving print-related issues
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with team members
• Prior experience in a technical support role is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in IT support or networking are a plus
