Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head – IT & SAP to lead our technology roadmap, manage IT infrastructure, and drive SAP-led process excellence across the organisation. This role will closely work with promoters, business heads, finance, and project teams to align technology with business goals.
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall IT and SAP strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals. Provide visionary leadership to the IT and SAP teams, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
2. IT Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee the management of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centres, and cloud solutions. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems.
3. SAP Management: Lead the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP modules (such as FICO, MM, SD, etc.) across the organization. Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other business processes and software.
4. Project Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of IT and SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the company’s strategic objectives. Manage project teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
5. Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage the IT and SAP budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Allocate resources to projects and operations based on strategic priorities.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and key stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, manage service levels, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
7. Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce IT and SAP security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead efforts to protect the organization’s data and systems from cyber threats
8. Talent Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top IT and SAP talent. Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
9. Technology Innovation: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and implement new tools and solutions that can drive business growth and operational efficiency.
