Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DGM Sheet Metal role based at Neokraft Global Pvt. Ltd. in Noida. The DGM Sheet Metal will oversee end-to-end sheet metal operations, including planning, fabrication, and assembly of components for lighting and home décor products. The role involves leading and mentoring production teams, optimizing processes for quality, cost, and productivity, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The position is responsible for coordinating with design, tooling, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support new product development and timely order execution. The DGM Sheet Metal will also monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic capacity planning for domestic and export requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in sheet metal fabrication, including cutting, bending, forming, welding, and finishing for consumer or industrial products.
• Proven experience in production planning, shop-floor management, and resource allocation in a sheet metal or engineering manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical drawings, CAD-based designs, material specifications, and tooling requirements for sheet metal components.
• Background in quality systems, including process control, defect analysis, corrective actions, and compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Ability to implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience collaborating with design, R&D, and procurement teams to support new product introduction and cost optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on meeting delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with operations teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in operations or quality are an advantage.
• Prior
