DGM – Talent Learning & Culture Full Time NEW

We are looking for a high-impact HR leader to anchor the Talent, Learning, and Culture agenda for a fast-growing consumer business. This role sits at the center of building a future-ready organization, driving people strategy across talent, capability building, and engagement to enable scale and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Design and drive enterprise-wide talent management frameworks including succession planning, HiPo programs, and leadership pipelines
• Build critical role architecture aligned to business priorities and growth plans
• Partner with business leaders to translate talent insights into actionable workforce strategies
• Leverage HR analytics and dashboards to drive data-backed decision making

2. Performance & Leadership Development

• Build and institutionalize a performance management philosophy aligned to a high-growth consumer business
• Design and deliver leadership development journeys across levels (emerging leaders to senior leadership)
• Partner with global faculty and external experts to create flagship leadership programs
• Drive capability building across functions including marketing, digital, supply chain, and category

3. Learning & Capability Building

• Own the learning strategy across functional, behavioral, and future skills
• Build and scale digital learning ecosystems and platforms
• Introduce ROI-led measurement frameworks to track learning effectiveness and business impact

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Define and drive the employee engagement and culture agenda across markets
• Build robust listening systems (surveys, pulse checks, feedback loops)
• Lead initiatives around culture building, values integration, and inclusion
• Drive interventions to improve engagement, retention, and organizational health

5. COE Governance & Execution

• Establish scalable COE frameworks, toolkits, and policies with flexibility for local adaptation
• Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure seamless execution
• Manage external partners, vendors, and learning ecosystems

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Talent, L&D, and HR COE roles, preferably within consumer / D2C / FMCG organizations
• Tier-1 B-school graduate (HR or related field)
• Strong experience in multi-business / matrixed environments
• Proven track record of building scalable talent and learning frameworks
• High comfort with data, analytics, and digital HR tools
