Role Description

This is a full-time Diagnostics role located on-site in Patna. The responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, analyzing results, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth operations in diagnostic services to provide a seamless patient experience. The candidate will be expected to uphold Lupin Diagnostics’ commitment to accuracy and quality in all procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting and interpreting diagnostic tests with attention to accuracy and detail
• Understanding of quality control standards and adherence to NABL and CAP guidelines
• Ability to manage sample handling, tracking, and logistics in a temperature-controlled environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with a diverse healthcare team
• Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and generating smart reports
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent
• Experience in diagnostic laboratories or healthcare settings is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and delivering patient-centric services
