📍 Position: Dialer Executive

📌 Location: Noida

💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize daily operations of the Ameyo dialer system
• Configure campaigns, calling lists, and agent mappings
• Monitor agent productivity and dialer KPIs in real time
• Troubleshoot dialer issues and coordinate with tech/vendor teams
• Generate MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Ensure compliance with calling and DND guidelines
• Drive operational efficiency and improve conversion outcomes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in dialer management
• Hands-on expertise with Ameyo or similar platforms (Avaya, Aspect, Five9)
• Strong understanding of predictive/progressive/preview dialing
• Good knowledge of CRM integration and lead management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel and communication skills
• Experience in telesales, edtech, or BPO is a plus
