Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed nutritional assessments, including medical history and lifestyle analysis
- Develop customized, evidence-based diet plans aligned with individual health goals
- Manage specialized cases such as PCOS/PCOD, thyroid disorders, high cholesterol, hormonal imbalances, postpartum weight loss, fatty liver, and general weight management
- Provide regular follow-ups, monitor progress, and modify plans based on medical parameters and client feedback
- Offer counseling and lifestyle guidance for sustainable results
- Maintain accurate case documentation and records
- Manage and update client data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups
- Drive client engagement, identify opportunities for program upgrades and renewals, and counsel on advanced packages
- Encourage client referrals and maintain high satisfaction and retention levels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
