Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time, remote Digital and Affiliate Marketing role. This position involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing affiliate marketing programs, analyzing performance metrics, and overseeing digital campaigns. Responsibilities also include project management, coordinating with stakeholders, and enhancing communication strategies to align with the organization’s mission of empowering women.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing practices
• Ability to analyze data and performance metrics with exceptional Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved
• Effective Communication and collaboration skills
• Experience or familiarity with nonprofit organizations or mission-driven projects is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Passion for women’s empowerment and making a social impact
