Job Summar

yThe DAM / Metadata Specialist is responsible for managing digital assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring assets are properly organized, tagged, governed, and readily available for publishing, localization, and reuse. The role focuses on improving metadata quality, asset discoverability, and operational efficiency across content delivery workflows

.Key Responsibilitie

sDigital Asset Managemen

• tManage and maintain digital assets within AEM DAM
• .Ensure approved assets are stored, organized, and governed according to established standards
• .Validate asset availability, quality, completeness, and compliance before publication
• .Monitor asset lifecycle and archival processes

.Metadata Managemen

• tDefine and maintain metadata standards, taxonomies, and tagging structures
• .Ensure assets are accurately tagged to improve searchability and discoverability
• .Implement metadata governance practices to maintain data consistency
• .Optimize metadata models to support localization and content reuse

.Publishing & Content Suppor

• tSupport page publishing teams by ensuring assets are publication-ready
• .Verify asset naming conventions, folder structures, and metadata completeness
• .Reduce publishing delays caused by missing or incorrectly managed assets
• .Collaborate with content authors and web teams during content deployment

.Localization & Global Rollout

• sPartner with localization teams to ensure assets are prepared for translation and regional adaptation
• .Maintain metadata and asset structures that support multilingual content delivery
• .Ensure asset readiness for global and regional rollouts

.Process Improvemen

• tDevelop reusable content and asset frameworks to increase delivery efficiency
• .Identify opportunities to improve DAM governance, asset reuse, and workflow automation
• .Create documentation and best practices for asset management processes

.Required Skill

sAEM (Adobe Experience Manager

• )Strong experience with AEM DAM
• .Understanding of AEM Assets, folders, metadata schemas, and tagging
• .Familiarity with AEM workflows and publishing processes
• .Experience managing assets for websites and digital experiences

.DAM & Metadat

• aDigital Asset Management principles
• .Metadata governance and taxonomy design
