Role Overview

We are launching a KPI Intelligence Platform [ https://kpis.scalegcc.com/ ] designed to become the world’s largest searchable repository of KPIs across roles, industries, and functions.

This internship is focused on digital growth + KPI content systems, not routine marketing tasks. The selected intern will work on building structured KPI data, improving discoverability, and driving organic visibility of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

KPI Platform Promotion

• Drive awareness of the KPI platform across digital channels (LinkedIn, communities, forums, niche groups)
• Share and position KPI content in relevant professional discussions

Social Media Execution

• Create and publish engaging posts around KPIs, metrics, and business performance
• Design simple, high-impact content formats (carousels, short posts, KPI explainers)
• Maintain consistency in posting and messaging

Community & Forum Engagement

• Actively participate in platforms like LinkedIn groups, Reddit, Quora, and professional forums
• Answer KPI-related questions and subtly promote platform resources
• Identify trending discussions where KPI insights can add value

Content Repurposing

• Convert KPI pages into bite-sized content (posts, threads, short insights)
• Create multiple variations of the same KPI for different audiences/platforms

SEO & Traffic Support

• Identify keywords and topics that users search related to KPIs
• Support internal linking and distribution to improve discoverability
• Drive traffic from social platforms to KPI pages

Growth Experiments

• Test different content styles, formats, and posting strategies
• Track what drives engagement, clicks, and user interaction
• Continuously improve based on performance insights

Brand Positioning

• Ensure all communication aligns with ScaleGCC’s positioning as a KPI intelligence platform
• Maintain clarity, professionalism, and value-driven messaging

Mandatory Requirements

• Device & Internet: Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down business problems into measurable KPIs
• Research Skills: Comfortable exploring multiple sources and structuring insights
• Writing Ability: Clear, structured, and professional writing (no fluff)
• Interest Area: Strong interest in business, analytics, strategy, or digital growth
