Overview This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role on Kroslo’s marketing team. You’ll be the glue between content, influencers,
agencies, and shoots — making sure every post goes live on time and every campaign actually ships. If you love social,
have a sharp eye, and use AI tools to move faster than everyone else, we want to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day with influencers, influencer agencies, and our internal content team.
- Own the content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and other channels — plan, schedule, and post.
- Be on-ground for all photo and video shoots; coordinate the team, props, products, and timelines.
- Execute marketing campaigns end-to-end — brief to live — with zero dropped balls.
- Track and report key metrics weekly: followers, reach, engagement, content performance.
- Use AI tools to speed up captioning, ideation, edits, and reporting.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience; freshers with strong portfolios welcome.
- Comfortable shooting clean videos on a phone and editing on CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar.
- Basic graphic design skill and a strong design aesthetic — Canva, Figma, or similar.
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, etc.) and uses them daily.
- Highly organised, proactive, and obsessed with details — nothing slips.
- Genuinely interested in food, kitchens, health, and Indian consumer brands.
