Digital Marketing & Business Growth Executive Full Time

PBD – Designo Architects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and proactive professional who can manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage the company’s social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.
• Develop monthly content calendars and execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and implement strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Content Creation

• Create blogs, articles, project case studies, newsletters, and marketing content related to architecture, design, and project management.
• Coordinate with architects and project teams to collect project information and transform it into engaging content.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication across all platforms.

Design & AI Tools

• Create basic graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other productivity platforms to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency.
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels for social media.

Business Development Support

• Support lead generation, client outreach, and networking activities.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, proposals, and capability statements.
• Conduct market research and maintain databases of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with management for business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Figma, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Design, or Consultancy sectors will be preferred.
