Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive social media presence, brand storytelling, and communication strategies. This role involves working closely with leadership and marketing teams to build impactful narratives, execute campaigns, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and executepaid and organic social media campaignsacross LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Createthought leadership content, including posts, blogs, and PR messaging
• Developleadership and company storytellingto strengthen brand presence
• Draftinternal and external communications, including announcements and leadership messages
• Supportdigital marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
• Trackengagement metricsandoptimizecampaigns for better reach and impact

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience indigital marketing, content, or communications
• Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms and campaign management
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
• Ability to createengaging content and storytelling narratives
• Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance

Good To Have Sk ills:

• Experience withB2B marketing or thought leadership campaigns.
• Familiarity withsocial media analytics tools, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools.
• Exposure toPR, employer branding, or leadership communications.
• Basic understanding ofSEO, paid media, and content distribution strategies.
• Background inMBA / BBA / Mass Communication / Journalism / BE / BTech.
• Experience working in atechnology‑driven or consulting organization .
