Digital Marketing Coordinator (Tamil & English proficiency required) Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing client work and internal brand building. Tamil and English proficiency is required. This role is suited for someone with industry experience who is serious about learning, adapting, and taking ownership.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with pre and post-production teams to manage the content pipeline and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee digital accounts for retainer clients and project-based campaigns, ensuring consistent execution and delivery.
• Translate client objectives and brand positioning into actionable content strategies and briefs.
• Develop platform-specific copy, including social media captions, video scripts, and digital text assets.
• Assist in the execution and performance monitoring of Meta Ads campaigns.
• Adapt content strategies across various industries to meet specific audience needs and market contexts.
• Leverage AI research tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, to streamline ideation and workflows.
• Provide secondary post-production support using video editing software and design digital assets using Canva.
• Manage digital asset repositories, coordinate content calendars, and maintain project tracking databases.
• Execute cross-platform content distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or journalism is required.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Strong editorial judgement with proven copywriting skills tailored for digital platforms.
• Demonstrated understanding of video-first storytelling, visual pacing, and digital content formats.
• Working knowledge of non-linear video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and work reliably across different time zones.
• Adaptability to emerging digital platforms, software tools, and digital media trends.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital copywriting, content management, or video editing capabilities.
• A minimum professional commitment of 12 months is required.
