Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive and HR Executive based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Executive component include planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing marketing data, and optimizing online advertising channels. For the HR Executive component, responsibilities include managing HR operations, facilitating employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting day-to-day human resources processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong foundational understanding of Human Resources processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in both digital marketing and human resources is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
