The Wellness Shop is a fast-growing D2C wellness and personal care brand focused on delivering innovative, high-quality products to modern consumers. We are looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support and scale our online marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on Google Ads and performance marketing.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in Google Ads and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing and optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and driving quality traffic and conversions for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads & Performance Marketing

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Manage daily campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads dashboards.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting

• Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve lead quality/sales.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.

Additional Marketing Support

• Assist in Meta Ads campaigns and other paid marketing channels when required.
• Support SEO, remarketing, and retention marketing activities.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
