Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on Lead Generation for an on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns, managing and optimizing digital marketing strategies, leveraging social media channels, analyzing data to improve campaign performance, and creating engaging web content to drive brand growth and visibility.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Marketing and Communication, with the ability to develop lead generation strategies
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to build and engage audience bases
• Strong skills in Web Content Writing to develop impactful and creative marketing content
• Familiarity with Web Analytics tools for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the recruitment/consulting industry is advantageous
