Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive (LinkedIn) role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing and optimizing the company’s and clients’ presence on LinkedIn, including creating and scheduling posts, designing campaigns, and engaging with target audiences to build brand visibility and generate quality leads. The Digital Marketing Executive will work on content planning for LinkedIn, coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, and ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns. The role also includes monitoring campaign performance, analyzing web and social metrics, preparing regular reports, and suggesting data-driven improvements. The team member will collaborate closely with marketing, recruitment, and HR teams to support employer branding, talent outreach, and client marketing initiatives through LinkedIn.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, with hands-on experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and pages.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for professional networking and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing for LinkedIn posts, articles, and campaign copy tailored to professional audiences.
• Ability to use Web Analytics and social media insights to track performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar tools, and basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising best practices.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines on-site in Gurugram.
• Previous experience in recruitment marketing, HR tech, or a consulting/placement environment is an advantage.
