Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Lead to

grow Roopsee’s digital presence across social media, SEO, email, paid campaigns, and

content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,

email, whatsapp, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.

 Create and manage content for social media, blogs, emails, campaigns, and brand

communication.

 Build and maintain a strong editorial and content calendar.

 Track trends, consumer behavior, campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and engagement.

 Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visuals across all digital channels.

 Collaborate with creators, designers, writers, dermatologists, and internal teams.

 Manage paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and marketing budgets.

 Prepare performance reports and suggest growth strategies.

Skills Required

 Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.

 Creative mindset with good storytelling and content planning skills.

 Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

 Ability to analyze data, reports, consumer behavior, and campaign results.

 Good communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

 Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand marketing.

 Background in beauty, skincare, wellness, ecommerce, or consumer brands is a plus.

 Experience with influencer marketing, reels, paid ads, and content calendars.
