Role: Digital Marketing Expert Equity-Based | Remote | Founding Team Role

We are looking for a creative, execution-oriented, and growth-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can help build the digital growth engine of Kefilo from the ground level.

This role goes far beyond running ads.

You will help shape how people discover, experience, engage with, and emotionally connect with the Kefilo transformation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across social media, content ecosystems, paid campaigns, SEO, influencer collaborations, community-building, and growth channels.
• Work closely with branding, content, wellness, and design teams to create high-performing campaigns, viral content systems, transformation storytelling, and audience engagement strategies aligned with Kefilo’s positioning.
• Analyze audience behavior, campaign performance, customer journeys, and digital trends to improve lead generation, engagement, retention, and overall brand growth.
• Help build scalable digital systems involving funnels, automation, performance marketing, referral ecosystems, creator collaborations, and transformation-focused digital experiences.
