The Role

We are looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing Expert based in India who can own the full marketing funnel for our clients across the US, UK India, and UAE. This is not a role where you wait for instructions. We need someone with a founder’s mindset who takes initiative, builds systems independently, and is accountable for results, not just tasks.

If you need to be told what to do every day, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Own:

Paid Media: Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn

SEO: Technical audits, on-page optimisation, link building, local SEO

Email Marketing: Drip campaigns, sequences, newsletters, list management

CRM and Automation: Any of GHL, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive

Social Media: Strategy, content planning, and community engagement

Reporting: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, daily EOD reports, weekly client dashboards

CRO: A/B testing, landing page optimisation, attribution tracking

You’re the Right Fit If You:

Are based in India (mandatory)

• Have 3+ years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience
• Have strong proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads (non-negotiable)
• Have driven measurable SEO results for clients
• Have built and managed email marketing campaigns end to end
• Have worked with US, UK, or UAE clients or in a global agency setup
• Have experience in CRM tools (GHL knowledge is a bonus)
• Can write your own ad copy and brief designers without heavy creative support
• Are comfortable with client-facing communication, not just internal team work
• Submit a clear EOD report every day covering work done, results, and next steps
• Are available and responsive during agreed work hours IST
• Stay updated with Meta, Google, and platform changes independently
• Communicate fluently in English, written and spoken
• Have an analytical mindset and make decisions based on data, not guesswork
• Agency or client service background is a strong plus
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

This is not a 9 to 5 checkbox job

This is not a role where you wait for briefs and deliver tasks

This is not for someone who needs constant follow-up or reminders
