About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute the company’s digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, SMO, paid advertising, brand growth, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize SEO activities including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Handle SMO campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using analytics tools.
• Create and manage content marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
• Lead performance marketing initiatives to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and development teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly reports and insights for management review.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, etc.
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
