Key Responsibilities

• Assist in social media marketing activities across various platforms.
• Create, schedule, and manage digital content.
• Support SEO initiatives and website optimization efforts.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with team members on live client projects and marketing campaigns.

Internship Structure

Phase 1: Training & Evaluation Period (Months 1–6)

• Comprehensive training on Digital Marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
• Hands-on exposure to live projects and real-world campaigns.
• Continuous performance evaluation and skill development.

Phase 2: Performance-Based Internship (Months 7–12)

• Only candidates who successfully meet the required performance standards during the first 6 months will be eligible to continue into this phase.
• Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend up to ₹13,500.
• Increased responsibility and involvement in client-facing projects and campaign management.
