Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has owned large-scale B2C budgets, built acquisition funnels from the ground up, and knows how to squeeze the best CAC out of every rupee spent on Meta and Google. If you’ve independently managed 50L+ monthly spends on each platform, obsess over ROAS and CPL, and thrive in a high-ownership startup environment, this role is built for you.

• Compensation: Fixed CTC – 20 LPA + Performance Based Variables

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage 1Cr+ monthly ad budgets independently across Meta Ads and Google Ads for B2C learner acquisition
• Drive ROI-focused campaigns with a relentless focus on CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate optimisation.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and affiliate campaigns to drive organic and paid growth simultaneously.
• Plan, execute, and optimise full-funnel performance marketing campaigns — Search, Display, YouTube, Reels, and Stories.
• Build and scale remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies to maximise funnel efficiency.
• Collaborate with content, design, product, and tech teams to build high-converting campaign assets and landing pages.

What we’re looking for:

• 4–8 years of digital marketing experience with a B2C brand (in-house only)
• Independently managed 50L+ monthly budgets on Meta Ads and Google Ads each
• Strong hands-on expertise in campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling
• Proven track record of reducing CPL and improving ROAS at scale
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, creative strategy, and funnel building
• Proficiency in GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
