Digital Marketing Manager(IT) Full Time

Job Summary

We’re a software company building and operating custom products for clients across the US, Ireland, and Canada. We run three B2B brands — Staffinc (healthcare staffing platforms), Protobuild (prototype-as-a-service), and Weboconnect (an 8-year dev studio) — plus Qoach, a marketplace for human growth currently in live beta.

We’re hiring one sharp marketer to own digital marketing across all of it.

This is a hands-on player-coach role. You’ll own strategy AND run campaigns yourself, while directing a small team (1 SEO specialist + 2 content writers). You’ll report directly to the founder.

What you’ll do

• Own the digital marketing strategy and channel mix for each brand
• Run campaigns hands-on: LinkedIn (organic + paid), email, Google Ads, landing-page/conversion work
• Lead and direct the SEO specialist and 2 content writers — briefs, calendars, quality
• Run the multi-brand content engine and keep each brand’s voice distinct
• Define and report KPIs per brand (B2B pipeline for Staffinc; organic + inbound for Protobuild/Weboconnect; beta signups + activation for Qoach)
• Own the marketing stack and budget — we value lean, measurable growth

What we’re looking for

• 4–7+ years in digital marketing with real hands-on campaign experience
• B2B demand-gen background (SaaS, agency, or services) — you understand long sales cycles
• Some consumer / early-stage growth instinct (for Qoach’s marketplace beta)
• Strong enough on SEO + content to credibly direct an SEO specialist and 2 writers
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, email/marketing automation, Google Ads, and GA4
• Excellent written English; comfortable editing others’ copy
• Self-directed and remote-ready across time zones

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to US/Europe from a remote/offshore team
• Healthcare, recruitment, or staffing-adjacent marketing (Staffinc)
• Marketplace / two-sided platform growth (Qoach)
