Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive digital marketing operations coordinator to oversee and coordinate digital marketing projects. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, project tracking, regular reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end digital marketing projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on digital marketing activities and project status.
• Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content, Design, and Website Development.
• Track project timelines and deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Gather client requirements and convert them into actionable tasks for the team.
• Monitor campaign performance and share reports and insights with clients.
• Coordinate website design and development activities, including website content updates.
• Schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, and prepare meeting notes.
• Identify project risks or delays and proactively escalate issues.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and website development.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
