Role Overview

The Operations Executive will support the organization’s operational processes by ensuring effective coordination across teams, maintaining workflow efficiency, and contributing to the successful execution of projects and initiatives. The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, and sales to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure adherence to schedules
• Assist in developing, documenting, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
• Support bandwidth planning and allocation across multiple projects
• Facilitate vendor coordination and manage operational logistics as required
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and organizational policies

Key Requirements

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project management tools is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a digital marketing, technology, or SaaS environment
• Basic understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution workflows
• Exposure to CRM tools or automation platforms is an advantage
