Digital Marketing Partner (Profit-Sharing) – Help Launch a Premium Anime Collectibles Brand Full Time

I am looking for a Digital Marketing Partner who can help grow sales and traffic to our website.

This is a partnership opportunity, not a traditional salaried role.

Partnership Model

– You will handle digital marketing strategy and execution
– You will invest the initial marketing/ad budget (Meta ads, Instagram promotions, etc.)
– I will handle product design, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and website operations
– After deducting all costs (product cost, packaging, shipping, and ad spend), you will receive 1/3 (33.3%) of net profit

Your Responsibilities

– Create and execute digital marketing strategy
– Run Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads
– Help with content ideas and campaign planning
– Drive targeted traffic to our website
– Optimize conversions and improve ROAS
– Build initial audience among anime fans and collectors

Ideal Candidate

– Experience with e-commerce digital marketing
– Experience running profitable Meta ads
– Strong understanding of niche audience targeting
– Bonus: Interest in anime, collectibles, or fandom products
– Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to work in a profit-sharing model

Important

– This is a performance-based partnership
– Initial collaboration will be for a 30-day trial or first 20 sales
– All business assets (website, payment systems, customer data) remain under company ownership
– Looking for someone serious and confident in their marketing ability
