Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Digital Marketing Sales Executive. The Digital Marketing Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored digital marketing and PPC solutions to prospective clients. The role involves preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The individual will work closely with campaign and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate service scoping, and strong client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an organized sales pipeline in CRM tools, analyzing the performance of sales activities, and providing marketing with feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in digital marketing, advertising, or related services.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, including Google Ads, SEO, AEO & GEO
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services in clear business terms.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and meet or exceed revenue targets in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using CRM and sales productivity tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic productivity software.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with marketing, account management, and PPC experts to deliver client value.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with a strong focus on results and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience selling to startups, ecommerce brands, or technology companies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, or similar) are advantageous.
