Digital Marketing Specialist – Ecommerce Full Time

Title: E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Management

• Manage product listings on website and marketplaces
• Ensure accurate product details, pricing, and images
• Update inventory and stock regularly

2. Order Management

• Process daily orders and coordinate dispatch
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order issues

3. Marketplace Handling

• Manage platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
• Monitor product performance and optimize listings
• Handle customer queries and reviews

4. Sales & Performance

• Track daily sales and performance metrics
• Work on improving conversion rate and product visibility
• Support in running offers and promotional campaigns

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order fulfillment
• Work with marketing team for campaigns and ads
• Ensure smooth backend operations

Key Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
• Good understanding of product listing & order processing
• Excel / basic data handling skills
• Attention to detail and coordination ability
• Good communication skills
