About Us

We are a Healthcare Virtual Assistant company providing professional remote support services to healthcare practices, clinics, medical offices, and healthcare professionals. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage both SEO and social media marketing to help grow our online presence, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities
SEO

• Conduct keyword research related to healthcare virtual assistant services, medical practice support, patient scheduling, medical administration, and related healthcare topics.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, and blog articles.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Perform competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content focused on healthcare support services, virtual assistance, medical administration, and healthcare industry trends.
• Design social media graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Content & Lead Generation

• Create SEO-friendly blog content and social media posts.
• Support lead-generation campaigns targeting healthcare providers and medical practices.
• Assist with email marketing and digital campaigns when required.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing.
• Proven track record of improving search rankings and growing social media accounts.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Strong content writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating content calendars and marketing strategies.
• Canva or basic graphic design skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare marketing best practices.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and B2B marketing.
