Company Overview

A digital platform for chemical companies to procure goods and services in an efficient, transparent, and convenient manner. By enabling deal-making through RFQs and Reverse Auctions and automating the entire procure-to-pay cycle, the platform helps reduce input costs, simplifies operations, and provides complete supply chain visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s digital products, including online procurement, distribution, and marketing solutions.
• Maintain and manage databases for prospects, leads, and customers.
• Input and update data in the CRM system.
• Create personalized pitches for prospects and leads.
• Engage with prospects and customers to convert and retain them.
• Provide ongoing support to customers to facilitate product adoption.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
• Communicate with prospects and customers through phone calls, emails, video meetings, and in-person meetings.
• Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Gather feedback on products and services and share insights with relevant internal teams.
• Analyze competitors and understand their offerings.
• Establish monitoring systems for competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Participate in management meetings related to strategy, operations, and business development.
• Provide market insights and special reports to management as required.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials when needed.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard computer applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati will be an added advantage.
