Role PurposeDrive online sales of insurance products (motor, health, travel, etc.) through digital channels, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer acquisition via performance marketing and partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive digital sales targets for products like motor, health, and travel insurance
Manage and optimize online sales funnels (website, app, landing pages)
Generate leads via performance marketing channels (Google Ads, social media, affiliates)
Monitor and improve conversion rates (CRO) and customer journeys
Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams for campaign execution
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
Build and manage partnerships with aggregators and digital platforms
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
