We are an established ‘partner of choice’ in CDMO, with more Invest plans in GMP & Non-GMP multi-product facility for Pharma & Crop Protection customers.

Nutrition & Health Solutions Segment : We propose to expand the existing capacity of Vitamin B3 to continue being one of the market leaders and introduce new branded animal as well as human nutrition and health premixes.

Chemical Intermediates Segment : We propose to expand our existing acetic anhydride capacity and add value added anhydrides and aldehydes and enhance volumes in speciality ethanol.

The Position

Designation – Manager- Digital Transformation Lead – SCM

Location- Noida

Job Summary: – Managing the digital strategy and roadmap, especially in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) area/initiative

Key Responsibilities.

• Drive the SCM digital strategy/roadmap and a governed use case pipeline from ideation through delivery and adoption; act as the business product owner/program lead for SCM digital initiatives with clear accountability for scope, prioritization, and business outcomes.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops/interviews to understand business needs; perform AS-IS process mapping and gap analysis across key SCM processes (S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, order management, and master data) to identify process, data, and automation opportunities.
• Translate strategic goals into a prioritized SCM digital portfolio, define prioritization criteria (value, feasibility, risk, compliance) and success KPIs/benefits for each initiative, provide regular updates to SCM/DIT leadership and governance forums.
• Lead opportunity discovery and build detailed business cases with business teams; document requirements (BRD/FRD or user stories), define acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability from requirement to solution and benefits.
• Translate business opportunities into a clear techno functional scope by defining TO-BE processes, functional requirements, data needs, and integration touchpoints (APIs/middleware), ensure security, privacy, and compliance requirements are built into solution design and release plans (environments and deployment readiness). Drive an innovation factory approach from opportunity identification to POC, pilot, and scale up with clear scale up criteria (value threshold, technical readiness, cybersecurity, adoption/change impact).
• Lead fit gap analysis and techno commercial evaluation (support RFP/RFQ as needed) of solutions/platforms, assess process fit, data readiness, TCO, scalability, security, and vendor capabilities, manage partners through the delivery lifecycle including SLAs, delivery quality governance, commercials, and renewals.
• Govern delivery with internal stakeholders and partner teams: manage scope, requirements, and change requests, support sprint planning/backlog as applicable, plan and execute UAT, manage defect triage, and drive sign offs, go live readiness, and hyper care, provide clear status/risk updates and present progress to stakeholders and leadership forums.
• Drive change management and capability building: create process/SOP documentation, user guides, and training content, set up a super user/champions network, track adoption KPIs (usage, compliance, process adherence) and execute interventions to sustain change, conduct workshops and digital ecosystem sessions (e-Commerce, Analytics, AI/ML, RPA, etc.), build techno functional capability across SCM and technology teams.
• Define and track value realization using a clear framework (baseline, targets, measurement method, owner), create KPI dashboards/reports and run periodic benefit reviews with stakeholders.
• Continuously scan emerging trends in digital SCM, capture user feedback and performance data post go live to drive continuous improvement and enhancements

Person Profile .

Qualification – BE/MBA/ B-Tech

Experience – 6-8 Yrs.

Desired Certification & Must Have –

• Six Sigma Green Belt, Design Thinking, Project Management, Cost Benefit Analysis
• Tools – E-Commerce, Digital O2C process, Hybris/Magento/SF or similar tools, Mobile Apps, Pricing optimization tools, Forecasting, Digital supply chain tools, AI/ML, RPA/Bots.
• Preferred Domain Experience – SCM, SNOP, E-Commerce
• Minimum of 3+ years Relevant experience on one of more of above technologies with at least 2 successfully projects delivered
