Role Description The Director Administration is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for overseeing the school’s non-academic operations and administrative functions. This role manages facilities, campus safety, transportation, housekeeping, security, and vendor relationships to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment. The Director Administration will oversee budgets and administrative procurement, coordinate with academic leadership on operational needs, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, monitoring service quality, resolving operational issues, and implementing systems for continuous improvement. The role also requires regular reporting to senior leadership, participation in strategic planning, and active engagement with parents, staff, and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
