Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director Business Development – Recruitment Business. The Director will focus on driving business growth through new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, generating and managing leads, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong account management practices. The role requires fostering long-term relationships with partner organizations while identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in the recruitment industry.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic decision-making
• Experience with Contract Negotiation and building mutually beneficial partnerships
• Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving targets and goals
• Experience in the recruitment or HR solutions industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
