Director, Marketing and Communications

Mumbai (Malad) | Full-time | Reports to Founders

The Job: Build the brand and traditional media engine for a category that is just getting started.

• Scope: Brand narrative. Brand positioning. Traditional media. Content. Retention. GTM for new clinics and new cities.
• Build from scratch: TV, Print, OOH. You write the playbook.
• Team: 20+ members.
• Ownership: Full P&L for brand and traditional media. Direct to founders. No layers.

What You Will Own:

• The category narrative. Why Ayurveda. Why Gynoveda.
• Brand positioning that shifts consumer belief. Not just awareness.
• Traditional media. TV, Print, OOH, Radio, BTL. Build it, measure it, scale it.
• Content strategy. Video, social, clinical education. One voice across all clinics.
• CRM and retention. Reduce drop-off. Increase LTV.
• GTM. New clinics. New cities. New services.

What You Bring

• 15 to 20 years. B2C. P&L ownership.
• Deep experience in brand narrative, brand messaging, and brand positioning. Not just campaigns.
• Has built traditional media with revenue accountability. Not vanity metrics.
• Has led teams of 20+. Built capability internally. Not outsourced.
• Can connect spend to outcome. Knows what worked and what did not.
• Healthcare, wellness, FMCG, D2C, edtech, education, retail. Any of these. Mindset matters more.
• Understands Bharat. Tier 2, Tier 3. How do they think? How do they decide?
• Comfortable when there is no playbook. Write one instead.
• Has stayed long enough in past roles to see outcomes. Not just start things.
• Wants to build. Not maintain.

• Brand and performance as separate conversations.
