Director – Operations and Production Full Time

After nearly a decade of building Tessarakt, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a senior leader to help strengthen our execution engine.

This role will lead Operations & Production across:

• Corporate Events & Conferences
• Brand Activations
• Employee Engagement Programs
• Gaming & Youth Experiences
• Large-format Experiential Projects

The role reports directly to me and will be responsible for building a high-performance operations organisation that can scale with the business.

What you’ll own

✔ End-to-end project delivery

✔ Production planning & execution

✔ Vendor ecosystem & procurement

✔ Operational systems & SOPs

✔ Team building & leadership

✔ Project profitability & resource management

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 12+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, MICE, exhibitions, or live entertainment.
• Has managed large-scale productions and multi-city projects.
• Is equally comfortable reviewing a budget, negotiating with vendors, and leading teams on ground.
• Builds systems, accountability, and execution excellence.
• Wants to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of a growing experiential company.
