The Recruitment Director is accountable for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions in the volume and leadership hiring space across Gurgaon and Greater Noida locations. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)Take complete ownership of the hiring engine for volume and leadership hiring across Gurgaon and Greater Noida.
• Manages team to deliver on technology and leadership hiring indents with desired skill sets within TAT and Cost
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Have industry connects to share salary benchmarking data.
• Ensures effective on-boarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.
• Analyze and report MIS on various aspects of recruitment viz. TAT adherence, skill based and level-based hiring through put, channel utilization, budget utilization.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of each recruiter along with counseling &continuous feedback monthly basis.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compensation norms.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Reduce the cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels
• Responsible for sourcing and evaluating vendors for various levels of hiring, within the scope of budget and defined quality as well as TAT standards.
• Responsible for audit and compliance of the end-to-end Recruitment process.
• Other projects & responsibilities as assigned based on organizational needs.
• Conceptualize and implement recruitment strategies/plans with team to achieve recruitment targets and enhance service delivery.

Work Experience: Overall, 16+ years of experience in volume hiring and leadership hiring and BPO Hiring
Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Should have exposure to work with Senior Management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to take up additional work and capability of learning new tools and processes
• Track various metrics that may be defined later during business.
• Networking skills
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Advance Excel
• Must be able to provide graphical representation and have experience in providing Analytics
• and Insights
• Good with making presentations (PPT)
• Preferred Technical Skills:
• Exposure to Program management
• Exposure to Business Analytics and Reporting
• Exposure to Business Finance and MIS
