Dispatch Incharge Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Incharge/Manager

Location: Uluberia, West Bengal
Industry: Foundry

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience Required: 8–15 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations for finished goods
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules based on production output
• Ensure accurate documentation (invoices, challans, transport documents)
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries
• Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and stock reconciliation
• Liaise with production and warehouse teams to streamline workflow
• Handle customer coordination regarding dispatch status and delivery timelines
• Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, or discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:

• 8–15 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in the foundry or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, documentation, and inventory management
• Experience handling transport coordination and vendor management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in metal casting/foundry operations
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in industrial environments
