Job Location: Jaipur

Objective: To supervise and coordinate dispatch activities, ensure production completion as per BOM, manage stock entries in ERP, and ensure smooth loading/unloading and material movement.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of BOM & material verification
• ERP stock entry & dispatch management
• Team coordination & supervision
• Inventory and material handling
• Good communication & reporting skills
• Basic computer knowledge (ERP/Excel)

Key Responsibilities

BOM Verification & Production Coordination

• Verify BOM (Bill of Materials) as per dispatch requirements.
• Check whether production is completed according to the approved BOM.
• Identify shortages or pending items in production.
• Coordinate with the Production Team for completion of pending materials.

Material Readiness

• Ensure all required materials are ready before dispatch.
• Coordinate with stores and production teams for material availability.
• Monitor material status to avoid dispatch delays.

Dispatch Operations Supervision

• Coordinate and supervise dispatch helpers during loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure proper handling of materials during dispatch operations.
• Maintain smooth and timely dispatch execution.

ERP & Stock Management

• Ensure stock entry is updated in ERP before dispatch.
• Verify dispatch quantity and stock records for accuracy.
• Maintain proper dispatch documentation and records.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth dispatch processes.
• Report shortages, delays, or dispatch issues to management.
• Ensure operational discipline and proper workflow in the dispatch area.
